Renowned bakery Eleni’s New York is thrilled to announce the expansion of its product selection with the introduction of Cupcakes in a Jar, neatly hand-packed cupcakes delivered in an easy to carry mason jar.  The addition is a natural next step for the company, which started in 1996 as a side business operated out of founder Eleni Gianopulos’ kitchen, and now offers a wide range of baked goods, including cookie crisps, hand-iced sugar cookies, and cakes.  A convenient, mess-free spin on a classic, the Cupcakes in a Jar line creates limitless possibilities of when, where and how the bakery’s signature cupcakes can be enjoyed.
